There's not enough words to express how pleased I am with Hostmonster. The cost of the service is a bit higher than at other webhosts but it's still affordable. At the same time you get quality software for your web hosting needs. The best part is the tech support. I have found the tech support to be very knowledgeable as well as professional and friendly. HostMonster is truly a breath of fresh air. I've been a Hostmonster customer for almost 6 months. The service has been outstanding so far. The cPanel is very comfortable and easy to use, it has all the options I need to run my site. The speed is great, and I have not noticed any downtime during the 6 months I've been their customer. I never needed their customer support, but they did call me shortly after I purchased my two year plan to ask if everything was going ok. I highly recommend this hosting provider to everyone. There's no such thing as perfection, but I consider HostMonster to be one of the best hosting companies in the industry, if not the best one. No one can complain about the price, setup is easy, and the control panel is very comfortable and easy to use. Knowledge base has loads of topics to help. People complain that the email support takes too long. Use live support instead, and you will get a response within few minutes. The only thing I do not appreciate is DNS servers. They are constantly going down- make sure you use another DNS server. I've been with hostmonster for only a few weeks now. But, so far every experience I have had with them was good. All my support questions were answered quickly and they did help me solve the issues, no downtime, and cheap. They have all been friendly. The offer for that price is unbeatable. You don't get unlimited, but you only get 999 of each, 9999 ftp accounts, and 5000 email accounts. But most people don't need that much anyway.
