There is no perfect webhost out there
I have been with Globat for years. Yes, there have been times when the server has gone down and there are times when the php database is slower than usual, and yes - the auto-renewal emails are a bit annoying. But I challenge everyone to recommend a host that NEVER has a problem, never experiences issues with server performance.
As for technical support and service, I have only good experience with the live chat guys.
I highly recommend Globat for price, reliability and customer support.
Great Price and Quality.
I ordered my web hosting service through globat and I have to say I'm a satisfied business customer. It took only half an hour to get everything up and running, since I already had a domain name. I tried their template site builder but it did not work for what I needed, so I called their custom web design guys for advice, after a detailed discussion I bought a full, custom designed web site package. On top of it all, I got 3 additional years of web hosting with my purchase, isn't that an outstanding deal?
Feedback
I made a research before joining Globat and I have to say I made a right choice. We are with this hosting company for 2 months already and never experienced any inconveniences. My research showed that all webhosts have their ups and downs, there is no such thing as perfection, but so far Globat is very close to perfect. I need alot of space and bandwidth as our business is related to movie production and there's never been any service, server or software related issues. Hope it'll stay as great as it is now. Oh, and the cPanel is very easy to use. Carry on guys!
Great hosting
I'm with Globat for a year and a half already. I got my hosting plan much cheaper than anywhere else for tons of space, bandwidth and many useful software programs. They do have this automatic upgrade program, but you can easily opt out if you don't want any upgrades and they won't be charging any additional money from you. The control panel is comfortable, really easy to use. I can't say a thing about support as I never needed it. It's a great webhost.
