I'm a newbie
I've just got my account at InMotion few weeks ago and I'm very pleased with the service so far. They called me to welcome me to the service and asked whether I had any questions, it's nice isn't it? : ) The nicest thing about this hosting provider is their support team to my mind. They were really helpful launching my small business hosting, they explained me how everything works without making me feel like an idiot. It's pleasant to finally find a web hosting company that is cheap and has an excellent support team!
 
Really helpful customer service.
I've got a small business hosting with InMotion. I do not understand much about hosting issues and when it came to the database question I know completely nothing about the customer service was really very helpful. My business relies heavily on email and InMotion didn't short-sell me so far. Highly recommend them to everyone. Better than others
I've been with BlueHost for several years already, they never disappointed my expectations. Most of the hosting companies are good at the beginning, after several years they tend to fail you. This never happened to me with BlueHost. I always have my tickets answered, I always get help when I need it, there never were any major problems with my site. I have nothing but good to say about these guys.
 
Very nice hosting, still...
BlueHost gives great features, even at the basic hosting plan you get email, domains, databases, cpanel, SSH access, etc. Still, I've got one problem with them. My tickets are rarely answered. Recommend Webhosting pad to all.
I've tried few web hosting companies and I am happy where I am now. Very fast and really good support, no down times, easy to use and pro web building tool,with tons of layouts and script installer. What is more - they are cheap with unlimited options. I registered another domain yesterday. Perfect web hosting doesn't exist, but perfect support does. And perfect support is what you need to stand out.
 
Fast and Professional.
I'm a beginner in web site making and hosting. And WebhostingPad is great for me. I got easy-to-follow instructions and video tutorials. Their friendly support staff really helped me to get started. Besides they have great design templates, and an easy-to-use cPanel. Now my site is up and running and I couldn't be happier. Of course not perfect, but really the best
There's no such thing as perfection, but I consider HostMonster to be one of the best hosting companies in the industry, if not the best one. No one can complain about the price, setup is easy, and the control panel is very comfortable and easy to use. Knowledge base has loads of topics to help. People complain that the email support takes too long. Use live support instead, and you will get a response within few minutes. The only thing I do not appreciate is DNS servers. They are constantly going down- make sure you use another DNS server.
 
So far very good
I've been with hostmonster for only a few weeks now. But, so far every experience I have had with them was good. All my support questions were answered quickly and they did help me solve the issues, no downtime, and cheap. They have all been friendly. The offer for that price is unbeatable. You don't get unlimited, but you only get 999 of each, 9999 ftp accounts, and 5000 email accounts. But most people don't need that much anyway. Feedback
I made a research before joining Globat and I have to say I made a right choice. We are with this hosting company for 2 months already and never experienced any inconveniences. My research showed that all webhosts have their ups and downs, there is no such thing as perfection, but so far Globat is very close to perfect. I need alot of space and bandwidth as our business is related to movie production and there's never been any service, server or software related issues. Hope it'll stay as great as it is now. Oh, and the cPanel is very easy to use. Carry on guys!
 
Great hosting
I'm with Globat for a year and a half already. I got my hosting plan much cheaper than anywhere else for tons of space, bandwidth and many useful software programs. They do have this automatic upgrade program, but you can easily opt out if you don't want any upgrades and they won't be charging any additional money from you. The control panel is comfortable, really easy to use. I can't say a thing about support as I never needed it. It's a great webhost. Excellent web host
I switched to Yahoo from other web hosting company. They had too many downtimes. Well, the cost here is higher, but to my mind it’s worth it. I have two sites with Yahoo and both run very well. I didn’t have anything to discuss with support team, so I can’t say a thing about this service. But the fact I didn’t have to deal with them so far is a good factor, isn’t it?
 
Good webhost
The cPanel is not very comfortable. There are many limitations, on email and PHP mail scripts for instance. Yahoo does have great uptime, though there was a time when their PHP servers were not working for several days. The support is not good. If you are able to work within these limitations Yahoo is a really wonderful webhost. Their Sitebuilder is brilliant. Yahoo has no problems uploading files.. Yahoo is more expensive, less space and bandwidth than some other hosts. But uptime, speed of loading websites, useable functions is where Yahoo surpasses others. I could not be happier
I know very little about creating and maintaining a website and about owning it either but Dot5hosting walks you right through it.Their support gave very clear and detailed responses to the few questions I'v had to ask. Few years ago I signed up with another webhosting company to create a site but couldn't figure it out and finally gave up. So when I decided to try again, I went in search of a hosting company that could match my needs. And so I discovered Dot5 and am a very happy customer.
 
Highly recommended
I recommend Dot5hosting to everyone. The support is amazing, there is always someone there for you when you need help. I have always been notified in advance of any service times. Billing and cost have always been true as advertised and the price is really good for the features offered. Good but not the best
LunarPages has lots of pros: great amount of space for the money,easy and efficient cPanel , clear knowledge base and helpful support forums. But there's too many critical cons: problems with sending and receiving email, slow customer service, low technician skill levels, slow server performance. They are not as attentive to details as you would expect a highly rated webhost to be. It took me several requests to have a domain registration finished months after I had already paid for it. I have been with Lunarpages for 3 years, but I think I will not renew.
 
Great host
After some research I thought I'd give this webhost a try. I've been using it for over 8 months already and I'm really very pleased. The uptime has been much more than I expected it to be and support answers me quickly and efficiently. I even got a discount when I used the coupon. Really great web hosting company, I couldn't dream of a better one. It's satisfactory
I have two domains hosted on my account at Godaddy and the service has been decent so far. Both my domains are still low traffic so it's hard for me to judge them based on any high demand service. Customer service has either been good so far. The uptime for my email accounts has been bad recently. But there's no such thing as perfection.
 
Good hosting
One of the best web hosting companies out there , though a bit expensive. But it's worth the money you pay for it. The service is outstanding, the support is friendly and efficient. Good choice for e-commerce. Not very reliable
Powweb used to have good hosting service. Though they do not have it any more. If you need a reliable host, avoid Powweb. The servers are too slow and down too often. The tech support is not helpful and tending to blame all problems on users. I wouldn't recommend them.
 
Powweb is terrible.
The html pages work fine but anything involving a database is absolutely useless. My website as well as many of others have the same complaint of how slow the websites are. A lot of times they don't even display. If you just have a simple static html page, it's fine. If you use a database forget it. They are terrible. And support won't help you even with a slightest problem.
