Good, but not without problems.
BlueHost is a fine webhost at general, the service is rather good, but they sometimes shut my site down without any notification. I once had one database in mysql dropped suddenly. I asked a backup, a week later they answered they are not responsible of backup. So, I lost my database!
Great host
I'm with BlueHost for 3 years already. I have to say they get better and better. I never had any major problems. All my questions are always answered by support team. They are just great, that's it.
Better than others
I've been with BlueHost for several years already, they never disappointed my expectations. Most of the hosting companies are good at the beginning, after several years they tend to fail you. This never happened to me with BlueHost. I always have my tickets answered, I always get help when I need it, there never were any major problems with my site. I have nothing but good to say about these guys.

BlueHost gives great features, even at the basic hosting plan you get email, domains, databases, cpanel, SSH access, etc.
Still, I've got one problem with them. My tickets are rarely answered.
